摘要
文章依据牛顿插值的数学原理 ,分别对苦卤氯化钾生产过程中两对重要的控制参数即 :混合卤的MgSO4/MgCl2 与MgCl2 /KCl、料液的沸点与压力进行了拟合 ,从而建立了其间的数学模型 ;并通过对模型的分析 ,提出了混合卤的MgSO4/MgCl2
In this paper,the two key parameters of producing potassium chloride from bittern,including MgSO 4/MgCl 2 and MgCl 2/KCl of the mixed brine,the boiling point of brine and the pressure,were simulated by Newton interplating function,so that the mathematical models were made up; The suitable operation ranges of MgSO 4/MgCl 2 and the application condition of the boiling point of brine and the pressure model were proposed by discussion of the models.
