摘要
利用红外光谱、差示扫描量热法、流变表征、X射线衍射等方法对北京燕山石油化工有限公司生产的高密度聚乙烯2100J、2200J以及进口2100J的结晶行为、流变行为、力学性能等进行了对比分析,并对北京燕山石油化工有限公司生产的2100J的加工-结构-性能关系进行了研究,以期对2100J的推广应用有所帮助。
This paper comparatively analyzed the crystallizability, rheologic behaviours and mechanical properties of the domestic high density polyethylene (HDPE) 2100J, the product made in BYPC, and its imported counterpart 2100J by infra - red spectrometry (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), rheology and X - ray diffraction method. The correlation among the processing conditions, structure and properties of the domestic HDPE 2100J was studied, aimed at promoting its application.
