摘要总结国内软件项目开发的特点,分析开发过程和业务调研中出现的各种问题,从开发过程、业务调研与分析、需求分析与管理、迭代开发、开发团队建设等方面总结出管理国内软件项目的最佳实践,目的是有效地达到开发团队和客户的共同目标。 Summarize the characteristics of the domestic software development projects,analysised the problems in the development process and business research,summed up the management of domestic software projects from the development process,the Works research and analysis,requirements analysis and management,iterative development,the development team building best practices to achieve the common goal of the development team and the customer is valid.
