摘要
采用牛津杯法研究了乌鳢体表粘液提取物,即抗菌肽的不同浓度对细菌生长的影响。结果表明:同一浓度的抗菌肽对不同种细菌生长情况的抑制作用是不同的,其中对三种细菌抑制效果最好的是爱德华氏菌,其次是溶藻弧菌,最后是哈维氏弧菌。
In this paper,the Oxford cup Channa argus surface mucus extracts,that is,different concentrations of antimicrobial peptides on bacterial growth.The results showed that: antimicrobial peptides of the same concentration of different kinds of bacterial growth inhibition are different,the three bacteria,the best inhibitory effect is Edwardsiella,followed by the Vibrio alginolyticus,and finally the Vibrio barveyi.
