美国红鱼生态养殖关键技术及前景分析

美国红鱼自1991年由国家海洋局第一海洋研究所从美国引进以来,已在我国福建、山东、浙江等地开展研究和养殖。美国红鱼因其适应能力及抗病害能力强,肉质细嫩、少刺、营养丰富而倍受养殖户及消费者的推崇。目前我国美国红鱼的研究、养殖及市场普及仍处于起步状态。文章对美国红鱼的特征、养殖及加工运输过程中所需注意的技术事项和养殖推广前景进行了分析,意在丰富美国红鱼在我国研究及推广的参考资料。

Sciaenops ocellatus has been introduced by the National Bureau of The First Oceanography from America since1991,it has been researched and bred in Fujian,Shandong,Zhejiang and other places.Because its ability to adapt to the environment and disease resistance,delicate flesh, rich nutrition and much less thorn,so farmers and consumers respected it.But its reaserch,breeding and market popularity is still in its initial state at present.The purpose of the article is to analysis Sciaenops ocellatus＇ s characteristics,breeding and processing,and provide reference information for our research,breeding and promotion.
