摘要
自我效能感影响或决定着人们对行为的选择,以及对该行为的坚持性和努力程度,影响人们的思维模式和情感反应模式,进而影响新行为的习得和习得行为的表现。通过憋气教学实验、蛙泳腿动作教学实验和完整动作练习教学实验得出:在8-14岁的少儿游泳教学中,合理地应用自我效能感,能使学生更好地投入学习。

This paper tries to experimental teaching, experimental teaching and complete breast- stroke leg movement exercise teaching experiments: in the 8 - 14 years old children's swimming teaching, reasonable ap- plication of self-efficacy, enable students to better study.
