摘要
在新形势下如何建立一套行之有效的、且符合高职实际的绩效评价体系,是高职院校在发展过程中面临的重要课题。将平衡计分卡这一绩效管理工具引入高职院校的绩效管理,为高职院校提供一个审视其战略目标和价值创造的崭新视角,期待引发变革高职院校绩效管理模式和提升其核心竞争力的探讨。
It is an important problem for higher vocational colleges to study during the process of development, that is, to establish an effective performance evaluating system adapted to the reality of higher vocational colleges in the new situation. The tool of balance scorecard is introduced into the performance management of higher vocational colleges. It provides a new perspective to examine the strategic goals and value creation of higher vocational colleges, and expects to lead reform in the performance management mode so as to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges.
