河北省新民居建设现状及农民认知调查研究

Investigation on New Residential Construction and Farmers' Cognition in Hebei Province

以唐山市和秦皇岛市等地新民居建设为调研对象,采用访谈法、问卷调查法和描述性统计法,对河北省新民居建设现状及农民认知评价进行分析研究。结果表明,农民对已建成新民居带来的实惠满意度较高,而在新民居建设宣传、在建率和施工单位资质及农民对新居民建设认知度等方面还存在不同程度问题。

Based on the statistics of Tangshan, Qinhuangdao and other places, the paper uses interview method, questionnaire survey method and descriptive statistical method to analyze the current situation and farmer＇ s cognition of new residential construction. The results show that farmers are satisfied with the new residential construction, but problems still exists in respect to publicity of the new residential construction, construction rate, construction qualifi- cation and farmers＇ cognition of the new residential construction.
