临床药师开展患者用药教育的模式探讨

Investigation of the model of patient's medicine education offered by clinical pharmacist

目的:探讨临床药师开展患者用药教育的模式。方法:根据卫生部下发的关于临床药师工作的相关文件,及国内外指南,结合我院临床药师开展用药教育的实践经验,对用药教育的模式进行探讨,并制定用药教育的标准操作流程。结果:患者用药教育的方式包括语言教育、书面教育、实物演示教育;用药教育的内容包括普遍性的用药教育、特殊剂型的用药教育、特殊人群的用药教育及特殊药物的用药教育。结论:系统、规范的用药教育模式可以提高患者对药物治疗的认识和依从性。应进一步改进和完善用药教育模式,提高药学服务水平,促进患者合理用药。

Objective： To investigate the model of medicine education on patients offered by clinical pharmacist. Methods： According to the basic requirements for clinical pharmacist published by Ministry of Health, the domestic and international guidelines, and combination with practical experience in our hospital, the model of medicine education was investigated and a standard operating procedure for medicine education was formulated. Results： The methods of medicine education on patients include language education, written education, tell and show education; the contents of medicine education include universal education of medication, special forms of medication education, special population of medication education, special drug education. Conclusion： Systematic, normative medicine education could improve realization and compliance of patients to drug therapy, and the mode of medication education should be consummated to improve the level of pharmaceutical service and promote the rational drug use.
