摘要
研究了甲基丙烯酸改性 F 44树脂的合成工艺条件 ,包括催化剂的用量、反应时间、反应温度对甲基丙烯酸转化率的影响 .结果表明 :当反应温度为 95℃、催化剂的用量为单体质量的 1 .2 %时 ,4小时之内反应即可完成 ;测试并证实了改性树脂具有优良的光学活性、力学性能、耐溶剂性、耐酸碱性等 ;采用 FT IR对所合成的树脂的结构进行了表征 .
The synthetic technique, including effect of amount of catalyst, reaction time, reaction temperature on the conversion of methacrylic acid, of methacrylic F44 ester containing free epoxy group(MAFEE) has been studied. The experiment results shows that the reaction can be ended within 4 hours at reaction temperature 95℃ and at 1.2% of amount catalyst. The MAFEE has high UVphotocurable activity and excellent physical properties, solventsresistance and corrosion-resistance. The structure of the product has been verified by FTIR.
