血清清蛋白水平对果糖胺浓度的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究血清清蛋白水平对血清果糖胺浓度的影响,探讨消除此影响的方法,提高果糖胺的临床应用价值。方法将研究人群分为低清蛋白组和正常清蛋白组,首先比较两组人群果糖胺与糖化血红蛋白相关性的差异,然后统计各组果糖胺与清蛋白、空腹血糖的关系,从而分析清蛋白对果糖胺的影响,最后设计两种方法用清蛋白校正果糖胺浓度,比较校正前、后果糖胺与糖化血红蛋白相关性的变化。结果正常清蛋白组果糖胺与糖化血红蛋白的相关程度明显比低清蛋白组高;低清蛋白组果糖胺与清蛋白、空腹血糖均明显相关,且相关程度相当,正常清蛋白组果糖胺只与空腹血糖相关;低清蛋白组校正后的果糖胺浓度与糖化血红蛋白的相关程度明显增加,正常清蛋白组无明显变化,两种校正方法的效果相当。结论血清清蛋白降低对果糖胺浓度有明显影响,建议采用果糖胺与清蛋白的比值对果糖胺进行校正。
