摘要
从丙烯腈-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯(ACS)三元悬浮共聚的技术特点出发,分别研究了氯化聚乙烯用量、苯乙烯/丙烯腈之比、聚合时间对聚合工艺及产物性能的影响,并在此基础上考察了引发剂体系的影响,确定了适宜的引发剂种类及用量。
The effects of polymerization technology on the properties of the products were studied from the features of sus- pension terpolymerization of acrylonitrile/chlorinated polyethylene/styrene, especially on the amount of CPE, ratio of AN/St and the time of the polymerization. The influence of initiator system on the reation was examined, and the suitable type and amount of complex initiator was selected for the terpolymerization reaction.
