PGC-1α基因Gly482Ser多态性与广西地区汉族人群妊娠期糖尿病的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体-γ辅助激活因子-1α(PGC-1α)基因Gly482Ser的多态性与广西地区汉族人群妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的关系。方法研究对象为我院产科住院分娩的234例孕妇,其中GDM患者84例(病例组),糖耐量正常者150例(对照组)。采用PCR-RFLP法检测两组PGC-1α基因Gly482Ser多态性,并分析其与GDM的相关性。结果两组PGC-1α基因Gly482Ser的基因型频率及等位基因分布均无统计学差异。结论PGC-1α基因Gly482Ser多态性与广西汉族地区汉族人群GDM的发病无明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the Gly482Ser single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of PGC-1α gene and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) of Guangxi Han population in China. Methods A ease-control study involving 234 subjects, 84 of whom were GDM and 150 were non-diabetic pregnant women. Gly482Ser polymorphism of PGC-1α gene was analyzed using the polymerase chain reaction-restrietion fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), and its correlation with GDM were analyzed. Results No significant difference was found in allele distribution and genotype frequency of PGC-1α SNP between the two groups. Conclusions The Gly482Ser SNP of PGC-1α gene is not associated with the occurrence of GDM of Guangxi Han population in China.
