恒牙水平根折29例临床分析

摘要 目的进一步提高恒牙水平根折的诊治水平。方法对29例(32颗牙)前牙水平根折患者行复位及预防性牙髓治疗。治疗后1、2、3、6和12个月进行随访检查,对治疗效果进行分析。结果 32颗牙中,29颗存活;10颗表现出牙髓愈合。钙化组织愈合15颗牙。结论恒牙根折的治疗原则为尽早固定,促进自然愈合;对于严重错位及冠部活动度大的恒牙,应做早期预防性治疗,
