摘要
对广东某铀矿微生物堆浸后品位为0.014%的尾渣进行了不同喷淋条件下的微生物柱浸试验。结果表明,浸出周期4个月,在2天喷淋1次条件下,液固比为1.74,渣计浸出率50%;在4天喷淋1次条件下,液固比为0.94,渣计浸出率28.6%。小喷淋量、间歇式喷淋的微生物浸出工艺,成本低,能有效回收堆浸尾渣中的铀资源,同时减少环境污染。
Column bio-leaching tests under different spraying conditions on the uranium mineral bio-heap residues were conducted with bio-heap leaching process. The uranium content of the residues was 0. 014%. The results show that the leaching rate is 50% after a leaching period of four months with ratio of liquid to solid of 1.74 and one spray for two-days, while the leaching rate is 28.6 % with ratio of liquid to solid of 0.94 and one spray for four-days. This leaching process with small and interval spray has the advantages of low cost, efficient uranium recovery from the bio-heap residues and less environmental pollu-tion.
