室间隔缺损合并主动脉瓣关闭不全的彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断

Diagnosis of Color Doppler Ultrasonic Cardiography on Ventricular Septal Defect with Aortic Valve in Competence

目的：探讨室间隔缺损（ＶＳＤ）合并主动脉瓣关闭不全（ＡＶＩ）的彩色多普勒超声心动图（ＣＤ—ＵＣＧ）显像特点。材料与方法：借助ＣＤ—ＵＣＧ多切面观察２６例ＶＳＤ合并ＡＶＩ病例。分析其中异同点以及与手木中所见的关系。结果：全组病例均经手术证实诊断。手术方式亦有异同。结论： ＣＤ —ＵＣＧ对ＶＳＤ合并 ＡＶＩ诊断具有肯定的价值， 对手术方式的选择有一定的指导意义。

Purpose: To detect the image of Collor Doppler Ultrasonic Cardiography (CD- UCG) on ventricular septal defect (VSD) with aortic valve incompetence (AVI). Materials and Method: 26 VSD with AVI cases were examined by CD - UCG on multiple views. Different and identical points were analyzed, and compared with the findings during the cardiac operations. Results: The diagnosis with CD- UCG were further comfirmed by the cardiac operations in total cases, the sevaral different points were found, and the different operative methods were selected. Conclusion: CD - UCG possesses the certain values for the diagnosis of VSD with AVI, and is helpful to the selection of the different operative methods.
