摘要
为分析反应器内光能的分布对光合微生物生长的影响,完成自动光光生物反应器的优化,获得较高的CO2固定率,对利用平板式光生物反应器培养小球藻ZY-1的培养体系内的有效光的分布进行了分析,建立了单侧和双侧照明的平板式光生物反应器内的光分布模型,并将模型的计算值与有实际培养的试验值进行了比较.结果表明,所建的分布形摸型是合理的,与试验测试值基本相符,这为光生物反应器的合理优化提供了理论支撑.
In order to analyze the effect of the distribution of the effective light on the growth of photo-biology in plate-type photo-bioreactor,complete the optimization of the bioreactor automatically and get a CO2 high fixation rate,the distribution of the effective light in bioreactor is analyzed when Chlorella ZY-1 is cultivated in the plate-type photo-bioreactor.The mathematic model of the distribution of the effective light in the unilateral and bilateral lighting's plate-type photo-bioreactor is established,and the calculative value of the model is compared with the practical value.The results show that the mathematic model of the distribution of the effective light established in the paper is reasonable in compliance with the practical value from the experiment.The theoretical proof has been given for structural improvement of the photo-bioreactor.
