层次分析法在金融投资决策中的应用

Analytic Hierarchy Process Used in Financial Investment Decision-making

近年来,金融投资得到了快速发展,这对资本投资决策做选择分析、定价估计以及风险预测等问题的研究具有越来越重要的理论价值和现实意义.在金融投资决策过程中,总是存在着不能用那么明确、目的化公式的数学模型去解决的问题.本文研究了一种解决这类问题的投资决策评估法——层次分析法,阐述了用层次分析法解决房地产项目投资问题的步骤,并就该算法的一致性检验及应用做了探讨.

In the recent years, the financial investment has obtained a fast development. The study of capital in vestment decisions has more and more important theoretical and realistic significance, such as choice analysis, ! pricing estimates, risk prediction and so on. In financial investment decision making problems, there always ex ist some problems that cannot be solved by the clear and purposeful mathematical model. This paper studies a solution to the problem of investment decision evaluation method： analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. With the prineiple of AHP to solve real estate investment project problem, some steps are discussed in this paper, and this algorithm＇s consistency inspection and its application are also explored.
