摘要
为了研究10个不同来源的白灵菇品种亲缘关系,采用内转录间隔区(ITS)序列分析技术,系统分析了不同地区白灵菇ITS的多态性.用ClustalX、MEGA4等软件分析结果显示,10个不同来源的白灵菇具有很近的亲缘关系,其中有9个品种的同源性高达98.5%,其可能来自同一品系,而另一个品种与其他9个差异较大,此可能来自其他品系或是一株突变品种.
In order to study the phylogenetic relationship of 10 Pleurotus nebrodensis strains collected from differ ent regions, ITS sequence analysis was used. ITS sequences were amplified using primer ITS1 (5'-TCCGTAGGT- GAACCTGCGG-3') and ITS4(5'-TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC-3'), and analyzed using ClustalX and MEGA4 software. The results showed that the ten P. nebrodensis had a very close relationship. The similarity of 9 strains was 98.5% and they might come from the same strain. The other one was a little different from them. It might come from the other strains or be a mutant variety.
