立式冷冻箱时间控制器设计

摘要 针对家用电器的时钟智能控制,提出了一种以PIC16F72单片机为核心的设计方案,使用4位LED数码管显示时间,利用DS1302时钟芯片完成实时时钟的基本功能,同时利用24C02存储定时数据,实现对立式冷冻箱的制冷定时控制.实验结果表明,该立式冷冻箱时间控制器设计可靠,具有一定的实用价值和商业前景. Abstract: With the economic development, the market demand for intelligent clock control system increasesgreatly. Concerning clock intelligent control for household appliances, this paper proposes a scheme using PIC16F72 microcontroller as the core design. The real-time clock control is achieved by means of 4 LED digitaldisplay time, and DS1302 clock chip. At the same time, timing control of the vertical freezer is realized on the basis of timing data stored in the 24C02. The experimental results show that the design of time control for verti- cal freezers is reliable, and has both a certain practical value and business prospects.
