摘要
研究了不规则海床对非埋设管道的应力和悬跨产生的影响,利用管道专业软件Autopipe,建立了不平整海床上的双层管线模型,提出了海床凹坑斜坡段的模拟方法,并给出动态涡激振动的计算分析公式。最后通过工程实例计算,完成了海底管道的强度分析及临界悬跨长度校核。
An intensive research was performed in the area of unburied subsea pipeline on uneven seabed in order to derive its stress and free spans. By the software Autopipe, computation model about the bottom roughness analysis was developed, the simulation method of inclined plane of concave seabed was proposed, and a VIV assessment method was presented. In the end of this paper, the over-stress and allowable free spans length were validated by the analysis of double-layer pipeline.
