摘要
悬臂梁作为钻井平台的关键结构之一,它的焊接质量的优劣关系到整个钻井平台运作水平的高低。论文针对悬臂梁的两种典型结构形式的焊接工艺进行了研究;并着重从理论和实际生产施工两方面,对如何避免出现焊接冷裂纹、如何采取合理的焊接顺序以保证焊接质量,进行了分析;最后,提出了保证焊接质量的可行性实施方案,并经实践证明可以指导生产、保证焊接施工质量。
Cantilever beam is one of the most important part of the jack-up rig, its welding quality has a significant effect on the operating of the platform. Cold cracks appeared in typical structures were expounded and analyzed in the article. Feasibility schemes were made to guide the fabrication. It was proved that the welding sequence proposed in the article could effectively guarantee the welding quality.
