摘要
LD32-2/27-2PSP平台储油罐体具有体积大、密封性强的特点;由于密闭空间涂装作业存在易燃易爆的风险,而储油罐体在投入使用前必须进行内部涂装作业,因此涂装作业过程中的通风尤为重要。以该储油罐体为例,通过理论计算、设备选型、进一步的分析和论证,确定了一个可行的机械通风方案,该方案确保了罐体内的油漆浓度和粉尘浓度在安全范围以内,保证了涂装作业的施工安全。
The oil storage tank on LD32-2/27-2PSP platform has the features of large size and high requirement for sealing. However without reasonable and realistic mechanical ventilation, painting operations in such a confined space can pose the risk of fire and explosion. Through theoretical analysis, calculations, equipment selection and verification, a feasible mechanical ventilation program is determined in this paper in order to ensure the safety of painting work in the confined space, where paint concentration and dust concentration are keeping within the safety limit.
