摘要
后进生是学校教育中应该给予特殊关注的弱势群体,其教育转变涉及到素质教育改革和新课程目标的全面实现。自我改变是后进生转化的内在心理机制。自我改变理论对后进生自我改变困难的原因进行了分析和探讨,并提出了一系列促进后进生自我改变的成功方法。
Less advanced students belong to the inferior group that should be given special attention in school education. Their conversion of education relates to the full realization of quality education reform and goals of new curriculum. Self - change is internal mental mechanism of less advanced students' transform. This article analyzes and discusses reasons of less advanced students' difficulty of self - change by combining self - change theory, and puts forward a series of successful ways to promote their self - change.
