普通钢板与锁定钢板治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎骨折的疗效比较

Comparison of curative effect of ordinary steel plate and interlock plate in treating older distal radial comminuted fracture

目的观察并比较普通钢板与锁定钢板治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法将50例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折老年患者,随机分为两组,普通钢板组20例采用普通钢板固定治疗,锁定钢板组30例采用锁定钢板固定治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,对不同钢板的固定效果进行评估。结果随访后,在骨功能评价项目中,锁定钢板组优13例(43.33%),良13例(43.33%),优良率为86.67%;而普通钢板组为3例(15.00%),8例(40.00%)及55.00%,锁定钢板组的优良率明显高于普通钢板组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在影像学评估项目中,锁定钢板组优12例(40.00%),良15例(50.00%),优良率为90.00%;而普通钢板组为2例(10.00%),10例(50.00%)及60.00%,锁定钢板组的优良率明显高于普通钢板组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板治疗老年桡骨远端粉碎骨折的疗效优于普通钢板,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To observe and compare the curative effect of ordinary steel plate and interlock plate in treating older distal radial comminuted fracture.Methods Fifty cases of distal radial comminuted fracture were randomly divided into two groups,ordinary steel group of 20 cases were treated with the ordinary steel plate,and interlock plate group of 30 cases with the interlock plate treated.Compared the clinical curative effect of two groups,and evaluated the fixed effect with different steel plate.Results After follow-up visit,in the function of bone evaluation projects,optimal effects of the interlock plate group were occurred in 13 cases （43.33%）,13 cases （43.33%） were good,total effective rate was 86.67%;optimal effects of the ordinary steel group were occurred in 3 cases （15.00%）,8 cases （40.00%） were good,total effective rate was 55.00%,the difference between the two group was significant （P 0.05）;In imaging evaluation items,optimal effects of the interlock plate group were occurred in 12 cases （40.00%）,15 cases （50.00%） were good,total effective rate was 90.00%;optimal effects of the Ordinary steel group were occurred in 2 cases （10.00%）,10 cases （50.00%） were good,total effective rate was 60.00%,the difference between the two group was significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of inter-lock plate in treating older distal radial comminuted fracture is better than ordinary steel plate,it is worth clinical application and promotion.
