80例老年人结肠肿瘤临床诊断与治疗分析

Analysis of 80 elderly patients with colon tumor clinical diagnosis and treatment

目的分析老年人结肠肿瘤的常见临床表现,总结其诊断与治疗的方法。方法对本院2003年6月～2009年1月所收治的80例老年结肠肿瘤患者的临床资料、诊断及治疗方法进行回顾性分析,其中良性肿瘤8例,恶性肿瘤72例。结果所有肿瘤均积极手术治疗,良性肿瘤均完全切除,恶性肿瘤根治性切除率为84.72%,姑息性切除率为15.28%。结论 CEA筛查、结肠镜检查可以早期诊断老年结肠肿瘤,外科手术治疗仍是治疗老年人结肠肿瘤的首要方法 。

Objective To analyze the common clinical manifestations of colon tumors in the elderly,summarized the methods of diagnosis and treatment.Methods Eighty elderly patients with colon cancer patients were selected in our hospital from June 2003 to January 2009,clinical information,diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed,including eight cases of benign and malignant tumors of 72 cases.Results All tumors were positive surgical treatment of benign tumors were completely resected malignant tumors radical resection rate was 84.72%,palliative resection rate was 15.28%.Conclusion CEA screening colonoscopy in early diagnosis of elderly colon tumor,surgical treatment is still the primary method of treatment of elderly colon cancer.
