高龄初产妇分娩方式的选择及对妊娠结局的影响

The impact on the opt of delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of elder primiparas

目的研究高龄初产对分娩方式及妊娠结局的影响。方法比较高龄初产妇组(研究组)和适龄初产妇(对照组)的分娩方式、妊娠合并症、并发症、胎儿结局的差异。结果对照组母婴结局指标以及剖宫产率均优于研究组(P<0.05)。结论高龄初产妇妊娠较危险。应避免高龄妊娠,对于高龄初产妇,应该加强产前检查与孕期保健,确保母婴安全,合理控制剖宫产率。

Objective To study the impact on delivery mode and pregnancy outcome of elderly primipara.Methods Compared the difference of delivery modes,pregnancy complications,neonatal outcome between elderly primipara （study group） and primipara of the right age （control group）.Results The rate of cesarean section and the index outcome of mother and child in control group were better than those in study group （P0.05）.Conclusion Older primipara is dangerous,so we should avoid it,enhance perilabor monitoring and antenatal care to ensure the safety of mother and child and give appropriate control of cesarean section.
