苯扎氯铵用于椎管内穿刺皮肤消毒效果的临床观察

Clinical observation on disinfection efficacy of Benzalkonium Chloride to the spinal canal puncture skin

目的观察苯扎氯铵用于椎管内麻醉穿刺前皮肤局部消毒的安全性和有效性。方法 35例择期行椎管内麻醉手术的住院患者,于穿刺前用0.10%苯扎氯铵溶液消毒局部皮肤,消毒范围以穿刺点为中心,周围辐射10～15cm。消毒2遍,待自然干燥后,在距穿刺点5cm的上、下、左、右取4个点,每个点用无菌棉签沾取标本,第一时间接种到含血琼脂平板培养基上,并立即置于37℃恒温箱孵育24h后取出,观察菌落生长情况。结果 35例患者标本中,共采点140个,恒温孵育24h后均未见致病菌生长;其中,1例患者的其中1个采集点有少量微球菌。苯扎氯铵溶液灭菌率达99.29%,消毒效果满意。结论 0.10%苯扎氯铵溶液用于椎管内麻醉穿刺前皮肤局部消毒,能获得满意的杀/灭菌效果,无明显皮肤刺激,效果安全、可靠。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy on local skin sterilization at punctured region by using Benzalkonium Chloride before vertebral canal puncture.Methods Thirty-five hospitalized patients who were scheduled for spinal canal anesthesia surgery were observed,local skin at punctured region was disinfected with 0.1% of Benzalkonium Chloride before manipulation,10 to 15 cm emittance around the central point.Sterilized 2 times,each specimens were obtained with aseptic cotton bud at a distance of 5 cm far from the point,just at upper,bellow,left and right of the point when the local skin to be natural dry,and inoculated on a sanguineous agar medium immediately cultured for 24 hours in a homeothermia incubator,and then the colony growth situation medium was taken out and colony growth was observed.Results There was no pathogenic bacteria found in one hundred and forty points gathered from 35 patients altogether after 24 hours homoeothermic cultured,only a little micrococcus was found in 1/4 specimen from one patient,the rate of sterilization with 0.10% Benzalkonium Chloride was about 99.29%,and the disinfection effects was satisfaction.Conclusion Satisfactory sterilization effects can be obtained on local skin sterilization at punctured region by using Benzalkonium Chloride before vertebral canal puncture with 0.10% of Benzalkonium Chloride,no remarkable skin stimulation and irritability,the effect is safe and reliable.
