螺旋CT平扫对急性闭合腹部外伤的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of spiral CT scanning for acute closed abdominal trauma

目的探讨螺旋CT平扫检查对腹部闭合性外伤的诊断价值,进一步提高腹部外伤的诊断率。方法对49例腹部闭合性外伤患者进行CT检查的资料作回顾性分析。结果 49例腹部闭合性外伤中CT检出脾损伤31例,肝损伤4例,肾损伤10例,胰损伤2例,肠损伤2例。结论螺旋CT检查对急性闭合性腹部外伤具有敏感、可靠、检出率高、无创伤的特点,能给临床提供及时、准确的信息,为临床确定治疗方案提供依据,为患者争取治疗时机。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of spiral CT scanning for acute closed abdominal trauma,in order to improve the diagnosis rate of abdominal trauma.Methods The CT examinations data of 49 patients with closed abdominal trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 49 cases of patients with closed abdominal trauma,31 cases were diagnosed with spleen damage,4 cases were diagnosed with liver damage,10 cases were diagnosed with renal injury,2 cases were diagnosed with pancreatic damage,2 cases were diagnosed with intestinal damage by CT detection.Conclusion Spiral CT examination has characteristics of sensitivity,reliability,high detection rat and no wound for acute closed abdominal trauma.It can offer timely and accurate information for clinical,and provide basis for determining clinical therapeutic schedule,strive for treatment opportunity for patients.
