视网膜母细胞瘤的临床CT诊断要点

Clinical CT diagnostic points of retinoblastoma

目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤在CT影像上的诊断要点。方法对本院84例患者进行薄层CT平扫,观察患儿眼球内肿块的大小、范围及钙化程度、侵犯范围。结果视网膜母细胞瘤平扫示眼球内实质性肿块,密度均匀致密,同时伴有斑片状或点状钙化,此为特征性表现。结论视网膜母细胞瘤是儿童眼球内最常见的恶性肿瘤,此病最关键之处在于早期发现、早期定性,以减少误诊和不必要的眼球摘除术,最大限度地降低致残率。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic points of CT images of retinoblastoma.Methods Eighty four patients in our hospital were given thinsection CT scan.Eye tumor size,scope and degree of calcification,the scope of infringement of children were observed.Results Retinoblastoma in the eye scan showed solid mass,density was uniform and compact,accompanied by patchy or punctate calcification that was the characteristic performance.Conclusion Retinoblastoma is the most common children＇s eye cancer,the most critical of disease is that early detection and determination of tumre ＇s the nature in the early stage,in order to reduce misdiagnosis and unnecessary enucleation,and maximum decrease in the rate of disability.
