数字减影CT血管成像在蛛网膜下腔出血诊断中的应用价值

Application value of digital subtraction CT angiography in diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的探讨数字减影CT血管成像在蛛网膜下腔出血诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析本院手术确诊的蛛网膜下腔出血患者108例的CT血管成像资料,并且所有患者后期均经过数字减影处理。结果 108例患者中,共检出动脉瘤133个,常规CT血管成像漏诊14个,数字减影CT血管成像全部检出。两种方法检出的动脉瘤的大小、形态比较,差异无统计学意义;数字减影CT血管成像对颅底处的动脉瘤有更好的检出率;两种方法的图像质量比较,差异无统计学意义。结论数字减影CT血管成像在蛛网膜下腔出血患者中可以快速、无创、准确地做出诊断,是临床上颅内动脉瘤的首先检查方法 ,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore application value of digital subtraction CT angiography in diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods CT vascular imaging data of 108 cases with subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosed by surgery in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.All imaging of the patients were given digital substraction angiography a process.Results Among 108 cases of patients,133 aneurysms were checked out,14 aneurysms were leaked in general CT vascular imaging;the difference of aneurysm size and morphology was not significant between two method;detection rate of a-neurysm in skull base by digital reduction shadow CT vascular imaging was better;there was no significant difference of image quality of two species method.Conclusion Digital subtraction CT angiography can make rapid,non-invasive,accurate diagnosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage.It is the first check method of intracranial aneurysms in the clinic,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
