中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效探讨

Efficacy discussion of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of unstable angina

目的探讨中西医结合治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性,旨在为规范不稳定型心绞痛的治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2010年3月～2012年3月在本院住院治疗的136例不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将入选患者分为两组,即对照组和治疗组。对照组患者给予西药常规治疗,治疗组患者则在上述治疗的基础上加用中药进行治疗,观察两组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗14d后,治疗组治疗总有效率(92.65%)明显高于对照组(79.41%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在西药常规治疗的基础上加用中药治疗不稳定型心绞痛,临床疗效确切,安全可靠,不良反应少,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得进一步推广运用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of unstable angina,so as to provide reference to standardize the treatment of unstable angina.Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases of patients with unstable angina who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were collected,then patients were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table.Patients in control group were given western medicine routine treatment,while patients in observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on control group.Clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were e valuated.Results After fourteen days,the total efficient rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （92.65% vs 79.41%,P 0.05）.There were no significant differences between the two groups in adverse reaction （P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of unstable angina is safe,reliable and better than pure western medicine.It is worthy of clinical application.
