体位护理在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术中的应用

Application of posture nursing in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的探讨体位护理在微创经皮肾镜取石术中的应用效果。方法选取306例微创经皮肾镜取石术患者,随机分为常规护理组及体位护理组各153例,常规护理组给予常规护理方法 ,体位护理组在常规护理方法基础上进行体位护理。结果常规护理组患者术后6h、2dVAS评分明显高于体位护理组,护理满意度为69.28%,体位护理组护理满意度为90.85%,VAS评分及护理满意度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术中及术后均无一例骶髂关节损伤、腓总神经损伤、肠粘连等并发症。结论在微创经皮肾镜取石术中采取体位护理能明显提高护理效果及患者护理满意率,值得临床护理工作者进行更多关注。

Objective To explore the effect of posture nursing in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods Three hundred and six cases of patients who accepted invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,were selected and randomly divided into routine nursing group and posture nursing group,each of 153 cases.The routine nursing method was given to those patients in routine nursing group,patients in posture nursing group added posture nursing method.Results The VAS scores of 6 hours and 2 days after operation of patients in routine nursing group were significantly higher than that of posture nursing group.The nursing satisfaction of routine nursing group and posture nursing group respectively were 69.28% and 90.85%.There were significantly differences on VAS score and nursing satisfaction （P 0.05）.None of the patients in two groups occurred any preoperative or postoperative complication such as sacroiliac joint injury,peroneal nerve injury,intestinal adhesion,etc.Conclusion Adoption of posture nursing in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy can greatly improve nursing effect and patients＇ nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy to be given more attention by clinical nursing workers.
