临床药师在抗感染治疗会诊案例中的思路与策略

The thinking and strategy of consultation cases in anti-infection treatment of clincical pharmacist

临床药学是医院药学的发展方向,也是医院药学业务技术服务的主要内容。临床药师会诊是药师工作模式从传统的药品供应管理型向药学技术服务型转变的重要标志。本文通过简单地介绍笔者在日常临床会诊过程中遇到的几个典型案例,分析临床药师在遇到此类案例如何逐渐培养临床药师的临床思维,利用自己的专业知识,找到临床工作中药师的切入点,并提出切实可行的、个体化的给药方案,以供临床参考。

Clincical pharmacy is the development direction of the hospital pharmacy,and is the main content of the service in hospital pharmacy business technology.Clinical pharmacist consultation is the significant symbol of the work mode of pharmacist form the traditional supple and management to pharmacy business technology service.By introducing several typical cases which clinical pharmacists consultation encountere,this paper analyzes the clilincal thinking for clinical phar macist on how to cultivate the clinical pharmacists gradually and finds the breakthrough point by using their professional knowledge by the clinical pharmacist,and puts forward the feasible and individualized dosage regimen for clinical reference.
