大肠癌致肠梗阻的外科手术处理方法分析

Surgical approach analysis of intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer

目的探讨外科手术治疗大肠癌并发肠梗阻的临床疗效与处理方法。方法选择本院2005年1月～2010年12月住院治疗的大肠癌并发肠梗阻患者80例,均经手术与病理诊断确诊,对患者年龄、发病时间、并发症、临床症状与手术治疗方法等资料进行统计分析。结果 80例患者均手术成功,平均术中出血量为(168.00±17.00)mL,平均手术时间为(154.00±18.00)min,切口感染2例,并发心血管疾病1例,并发症发生率为3.75%。结论手术治疗大肠癌并发肠梗阻需要根据患者情况选择手术方式,才能提高疗效并降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and approach of surgical operation in treatment of intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal.Methods Eighty cases of patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer who were confirmed by surgery and pathology diagnosis in our hospital were selected from January 2005 to December 2010,and the age,onset time,complication,clinical symptoms and surgical treatment etc.were all analyzed.Results Surgery in 80 patients were all successful,the average intraoperative blood loss was （168.00 ± 17.00） mL,mean operative time was （154.00 ± 18.00） min,there were 2 patients were found with wound infectin,and 1 cases had concurrent cardiovascular disease,the complication rate was 3.75%.Conclusion In treatment of intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer,we should choose a surgical approach according to the condition of patients,so as to improve efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.
