锁定钢板内固定并植骨治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折

Interlock plate internal fixation combined with bone allograft transplantation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

目的研究分析锁定钢板内固定并植骨治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2009年1月～2011年1月本院收治的56例病例资料。结果经锁定钢板内固定并植骨治疗,随后进行6～36个月随访,平均随访时间为16个月,56例患者骨折愈合良好。膝关节功能评分:优22例,良24例,可8例,差2例,优良率为82.1%。结论本手术方法固定牢固,创伤性小,可以有效降低致残率,肢体功能恢复满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of interlock plate internal fixation combined with bone allograft transplantation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods The clinical data of 56 cases from January 2009 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were followed up for 6-36 months with an average of 16 months.The 56 cases achieved good bone union.Knee functional score,22 cases were excellent,and 24 cases were good,and 8 cases were fair and 3 cases were bad.The excellent and good rate was 82.1%.Conclusion The operative method has firm fixation,little trauma,functional recovery of the affected extremities,and can decrease deformity rate.
