利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者认知功能影响的交叉试验

Comparison of cognitive function in schizophrenia treated with risperidone and chlorpromazine:a cross over test

目的 :比较利培酮和氯丙嗪对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。 方法 :采用交叉试验 ,对 2 4例经过利培酮和氯丙嗪 8周治疗的精神分裂症患者 ,进行简明精神病评定量表 ( BPRS)、韦氏成人智力量表的记忆 /不分心因子 ( FD/ M)和事件相关电位 P3 0 0 的检查评估。 结果 :患者经过 8周治疗后 BPRS总分均明显下降 ,但两药之间无显著性差异 ,服用利培酮治疗的 FD/ M总分明显高于氯丙嗪 ,P30 0 在两药之间无显著差异。 结论 :利培酮对认知功能的影响明显好于氯丙嗪 。

Objective:To compare the effects of risperidone and chlorpromazine on cognitive function in schizophrenic patients. Method:24 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia were treated with risperidone and chlorpromazine for 8 weeks by a cross over test,assessed by the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),three WAIS sub tests,including arithmetic,digit span and digit symbol (FD/M),and event related potential P 300 . Results:The total score of BPRS was significantly decreased after treatment with risperidone and chlorpromazine,but no significant differences between two drugs.The total score of FD/M were significantly higher in risperidone than in chlorpromazine,while no differences in P 300 was noted between two drugs. Conclusion:The study suggests that the effects of risperidone on cognitive function are better than that of chlorpromazine and the latter may affect some components of cognitive process.
