摘要 目的 研究在脉冲噪声环境下药物R N6 phenylisopropyladenosine (R PIA)对听觉系统损伤的预防作用。方法  6只美洲灰鼠 (chinchillas)在暴露于 10 0个 15 0dB (peak ,SPL)脉冲噪声前 2小时在其右耳用药 (R PIA)(0 1mmol/L 30 μl)。脉冲噪声是模拟M 16来福枪而成。 结果 用R PIA药物的右耳其暂时性阈移 (TTS)和永久性阈移 (PTS)比不用药以及仅用生理盐水的左耳少〔10~ 2 0 (dB)〕。其用药右耳的毛细胞缺失率明显比左耳少。结论 R Objective To study the prevention effect of pretreatment of RN 6Phenylisopropyladenosine(RPIA)on hearing injury by impulse noise.Methods 6 chinchillas were pretreated with RPIA(01mmol/L 30μl,drop into ears)2 hours before exposure to 100 impulses at 150dB peak SPL.The impulses were mimicked the waveform of an M16 rifle fire.Results The treated with RPIA pretreated ears showed less(10~20dB)temporary and permanent hearing loss(TTS and PTS),as well as fewer missing of hair cells compared to with the control ears.Conclusion RPIA is effective in preventing hearning loss and hair cell loss associated with exposure to impulse noise.
