苦碟子注射液治疗缺血性迷路卒中50例临床观察

Kudiezi Injection in treating ischemic apoplexy 50 examples clinical observations

目的:临床观察苦碟子治疗缺血性迷路卒中的疗效。方法:将50例缺血性迷路卒中的患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别应用苦碟子与复方丹参治疗,观察各自疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率77.27%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:苦碟子明显改善脑血管血流,改善神经功能,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke of Kudiezi lost efficacy. Methods 50cases of ischemic stroke patients lost divided into treatment group and controlgroup, respectively, of Kudiezi Injection and compound salvia miltiorrhiza treatment application, their efficacy observation. Results the total effective rate of treatment group92%, control group in the total efficiency of 77.27%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion KDZ improve cerebral blood flow, improve the nerve function, is worth popularizing.
