宫颈癌患者焦虑抑郁状况与生活质量相关性的研究

The relationship between anxiety and depression status and quality of life in cervical cancer patients

目的:本研究旨在了解宫颈癌患者的心理状况及生活质量,探讨宫颈癌患者焦虑抑郁状况与生活质量关系。方法:本研究通过一般人口特征量表、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)及宫颈癌患者生活质量测评量表FACT-C问卷调查以了解宫颈癌患者与正常健康人心理状况和生活质量及相关的影响因素。结果:观察组的SDS与SAS评分都高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量各维度得分都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量情况得分与焦虑抑郁评分呈负相关(P<O.05)。年龄、化疗、分期是影响生活质量的主要危险因素。结论:抑郁和焦虑是宫颈癌患者共同存在的症状,宫颈癌患者的生活质量也不太好,两组呈现负相关,需要积极了解宫颈癌患者的焦虑抑郁状况与生活质量,从而有针对性提出干预措施。

Objective To understand the psychological status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer to explore the relationship between anxiety and depression status and quality of life. Methods Use the the general population characteristics,The Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）, Zung Anxiety Rating Scale （SAS） and cervical cancer patients FACT-C survey in order to understand the patients with cervical cancer and normal healthy people psychological status and quality of life and related factors. Results The SDS and SAS score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）.The quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05） and had.Negatively correlated to the SDS and SAS score （P 〈0.05）. The age, chemotherapy,staging were the major risk factors that affects the quality of life. Conclusion Depression and anxiety were the symptoms of patients with cervical cancer, Cervical cancer patients quality of life is not very good, understanding the condition and quality of life of patients with anxiety and depression, We need explore targeted interventions.
