腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术与开腹全子宫切除术的护理比较

Compare efficacy andof laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH) with total abdominal hysterectomy

目的:研究腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术与开腹全子宫切除术的护理效果比较。方法:选择2008年5月～2011年12月腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术患者58例作为观察组,同时选择开腹全子宫切除术患者50例作为对照组,比较两组患者术后的护理效果。结果:两组患者均手术成功,腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术患者术后拔尿管时间和下床时间及肛门排气时间明显早于对照组,手术后患者止痛药的使用率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),通过比较两组差异有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除手术的术后恢复快,痛苦少,值得临床推广。

Objective Comparatively study of the nursing efficacy of laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy and total abdominal hysterectomy. Methods Select 58 cases of the patient who had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy and 50 cases of the patient who had total abdominal hysterectomy as the control group between May 2008 and December,2008 to compare the nursing effect after the operation. Result The operation of the two groups was both successful. The time of the removal of urinary canal and the time of passage of gas by anus in the patients who had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy are obvious earlier than that of the control group. The usage rate of painkiller in the group of the patients had laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy is apparently less than the control group （P〈0.05）. There is statistical significance by comparing the difference in the two groups. Conclusion The laparoscopic assisted total vaginal hysterectomy is worth generalization at clinical since it has the advantage of quick recovery and less pain after the operation for patients.
