摘要
目的 :探讨喉癌合理的综合治疗方案。方法 :回顾性分析了我院 1987年 5月～ 1997年 5月诊治 75例喉癌患者的临床资料 ,患者均采用外科治疗 ,其中男性 73例 ,女性 2例 ,年龄 32～ 76岁 ,以 50～6 5岁最多 ,占 85.3% (6 4 / 75)。声门上癌 5例 ,声门癌 6 7例 ,声门下癌 3例 ,病理类型均为鳞状细胞癌。根据上述分型再辅以术前化疗或术后放疗。结果 :随访满 3年 58例 ,5年 4 1例。 3、5年生存率分别为72 .4 % (4 2 / 58)和 6 8.3% (2 8/ 4 1)。结论 :笔者认为对于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期喉癌综合治疗效果更佳。
Objective:To explore the proper treatment programme for laryngocarcinoma.Methods:the clinical data of 75 cases of laryngocarcinoma treated in our department from May,1987 to May,1997 were reviewed and analysed. 73 males and 2 females. Range in age from 32 years to 76 years. 85.3%(64/75) were in age of 50-65 years.Classified by primary loci,there were 5 cases of supraglottic cancer, 67 cases of glotticcancer and 3 cases of infraglottic cancer, while all of them were histological confirmed as squmous carcinomas. All patients were given operative treatment, with preoperative chemotherapy or postoperative radiotherapy according to clinical classification.Results:We followed up 58 cases for 3 years,41 case for 5 yeats. The 3 year,5 year survival rates were 72.4%(42/58) and 68.3%(28/41), respectively.Conclutions:The combined treatment was fit for stage Ⅲ-stageⅣ laryngocarcinoma.
