X-刀治疗颅内恶性肿瘤32例报告

The experience about X-Knife radiosurgery therapeutic introcranial malignant neoplasms in 32 patients

目的 :分析X 刀对颅内恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。方法 :32例颅内恶性肿瘤 (胶质瘤 2 1例 ,转移瘤11例 )行X 刀治疗 ,平均剂量 2 2Gy(18～ 32Gy) ,其中 17例X 刀治疗后继续行全脑常规体外放射治疗 ,平均剂量 2 0Gy。结果 :2 1例胶质瘤中 ,15例在治疗后 6个月肿瘤缩小 ,6例无变化 ,2例在X 刀治疗后 2个月内行开颅肿瘤切除术 ;11例脑转移瘤X 刀治疗后病灶全部消失 7例 ,明显缩小 4例 (≥5% )。全部病人中治疗后 11个月内死亡 9例。结论 :X 刀治疗颅内恶性肿瘤是有效的 ,X 刀结合放射治疗和手术治疗对于改善病人结果是有益的。

Objective:The therapeutic effect about X knife radiosurgery for intracranial malignant neoplasms.Methods:X knife therapeutic intracranial malignat neoplasms in 32 petients (glioma in 21 patients and matastatic cancinoma in 11 patients),mean radio dose 22Gy (range 18-32Gy).Resuts:The tumors were reduced in 15 patients after radiosurgery at 6 months,has not change in 6 patients.Matastatic cancinoma were total resoluted after X knife radiostrgery in 7 patients and tumors reduce in 4 cases,the 9 patiens death within 11 months after X knife therapeutic.Conclusions: X knife radiosurgery therapeutic for intracranial malignant neoplasms were effective,X knife combination general radiotherapy,chemichal therapy,surgery and other methods were effective in improving therapeutic results.
