乳腺癌患者血清中ADM的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在乳腺癌患者血清中的表达情况。方法:应用ELI SA方法检测36例乳腺癌患者手术前、手术后及15例健康人的血清ADM的水平进行分析。结果:乳腺癌患者血清中ADM表达水平与健康对照组比较无差异(P>0.05);乳腺癌患者手术前血清中ADM的表达水平高于手术后的水平(P<0.05)。肿瘤大小T1、T2、T3的乳腺癌患者血清中ADM的表达水平有差异(P<0.05);相关分析显示呈正相关,肿瘤直径越大,患者血清ADM水平越高(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者血清中的ADM的主要来源是肿瘤组织,其高表达与乳腺癌的恶性行为有关,可能与乳腺癌的转移、发生、发展有重要关系。随着乳腺癌的疾病进展,肿瘤越大,临床分期越晚,患者血清的ADM表达水平越高。 Objective To evaluate the expression of ADM in blood serum of breast cancer patients and find the relation of the character of clinical pathology. Methods We study the contents of ADM in serum of breast cancers by ELISA ways, and observe the difference between pre-surgery and post-surgery. Then compare them with health control. Then we can draw a conclusion by analysising these datas. Results The expression of ADM in blood serum of breast cancers is more than that of health control, but it has no significant difference (P〉0.05). The expression of ADM in blood serum of pre-surgery breast cancers is more than that of post-surgery breast cancers, it has significant difference (P〈0.05). With the increment of the tumor size, the expression of ADM will increase. Conclusions The expression of ADM in blood serum is derived of breast tumor. The high expression of ADM is correlated with the character of breast cancers. The expression of ADM has relation with tumor size, clinical grade. With the increase of the tumor size and clinical grade, the expression of ADM rises.
