血清CEA、NSE联合检测在肺癌中的应用

目的:探讨血清CEA、NSE在肺癌的临床应用价值。方法:采用电化学发光免疫分析法检测肺癌患者、良性疾病患者的血清CEA和NSE水平,进行统计分析,评价血清CEA和NSE对肺癌的诊断和预后评估价值。结果:与对照组相比,肺患者血清CEA和NSE水来均有明显的的升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清CEA和NSE对肺癌的诊断和预后评估中具有重要临床应用价值。

Objective Serum level of CEA, NSE in lung cancer and its clinical application value. Methods Using electrochemituminescence immunoassay for the detection of lung cancer patients, patients with benign diseases of the serum CEA and NSE levels, statistical analysis, evaluation of serum CEA and NSE in the diagnosis of lung cancer and the prognostic value of. Results Compared with the control group, CEA and NSE in serum of patients with lung cancer was significantly elevated water, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum CEA and NSE in the diagnosis of lung cancer and prognosis assessment of important clinical application value.
