对肺内孤立性结节影像的认识

目的:通过平片和CT影像的分析以提高对肺内孤立结节的认识。方法:发现肺内孤立结节病灶先拍片后再行CT扫描;检查设备使用美国锐柯DR和GE8排螺旋CT。结果:对符合条件的35例患者影像分析,为临床早期诊断早期治疗提供了更可靠的影像依据。结论:平片发现肺内孤立结节后行CT扫描能提供更多鉴别诊断价值。

Objective plain film and CT image analysis in order to improve the understanding of solitary pulmonary nodules. Methods CT scan after the first film of solitary pulmonary nodules; check the equipment in the United States Carestream DR and GE8 row spiral CT. Results on the eligible 35 patients, image analysis, early clinical diagnosis and early treatment provides a more reliable image basis. Conclusion The plain film of solitary pulmonary nodules underwent CT scan can provide more differential diagnostic value.
