临床护理路径在择期胸外科手术患者健康教育中的应用

Clinical nursing path in health education for patients undergoing thoracic surgery operation application

目的:探讨临床护理路径在择期胸外科手术患者中应用效果。方法:选择我院自2010年1月～2011年10月收治的45例择期胸外科手术患者,随机分为干预组23例和对照组22例。两组均采用常规性护理方法,其中干预组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育护理,重点加强患者及家属的健康教育,并指导健康方法的应用;比较2组的知识掌握及应用程度。结果:干预组健康教育评估得分明显好优对照组(P<0.05),患者在满意度等方面高于对照组。结论:临床护理路径可有效增强患者对知识的掌握度,及健康知识的应用程度,在针对择期胸外科手术患者患者护理上具有较好的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path in patients undergoing thoracic surgery operation application effect. Meth- ods in our hospital from 2010 January to 2100 October, 45 cases of elective thoracic surgical operation patients, were randomly divided into intervention group 23 cases and control group 22 cases. Two groups were given routine nursing method, in which the intervention group using clinical nursing path for health education of nursing, focus on strengthening the health education for patient and family members, and health guidance method application. Comparison of 2 groups of knowledge and application level. Results The inter- vention group health education evaluation scored significantly better quality control group （ P〈0.05 ）, patients in the satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion clinical nursing path can effectively enhancing patients＂ knowledge, health knowledge and application level, in response to selective thoracic surgical operation patient care with better curative effect.
