糖尿病合并冠心病96例护理体会

目的:探讨糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床护理和治疗。方法:对96例糖尿病合并冠心病患者的临床护理进行回顾及分析。结果:通过积极的治疗和护理,96例患者无一例发生恶性心律失常、低血糖事件及死亡。结论:加强临床护理可预防并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Investigate the clinical treatment and nursing of the diabetes mellitus （DM） patients complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 96 cases of DM patients complicated with coronary heart disease. Results After active treatment and clinical nursing care,all the patients were survived,without the occurring of malignant arrhythmia and hypoglycemia. Conclusions Through the clinical nursing,the clinical complications will be avoid and the living quality of these patients can be improved.
