护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者及其家属生活质量的影响

目的:探讨护理干预项目对提高肿瘤患者及其家属生活质量的作用和效果。方法:研究对象为我院2009～2011年诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者,共计350例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组增加针对患者家属的护理干预项目,比较两组患者家属在心理健康水平上的差异,及两组患者在生活质量和肿瘤相关疲劳方面的差异。结果:经过为期一月的对其家属的护理干预项目,观察组患者家属心理健康水平高于对照组,观察组患者生活质量高于对照组,肿瘤相关疲劳发生率低于对照组,其差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肿瘤患者家属的护理干预项目可以有效提高家属心理健康水平,改善肿瘤患者生活质量。

Objective To study the function and significant of nursing intervention on family members of patients with malignant tumor. Methods 350 malignant tumor patients were enrolled in the study from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group;the intervention group added the project of nursing intervention on family members.To analysis and compare the results of the level of mental health between the two groups of patients＇ family members,the quality of life among the patients and the incidence of CRF in the two group. Results After the intervention, the intervention group has the more positive performance than the other one whether in the level of mental health among patients＇ family members or the quality of life and the incidence of CRF among the patients.The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Nursing intervention on family members of patients with malignant tumor can improve the level of mental health among patients＇family members and the quality of life among the patients.
