摘要
目的:探讨护士人才库的建立对提高护理人才管理的作用。方法:将2009年1月~2011年12月报名人才库的156名护士抽取132人,分成2组,其中入库的66名护士为观察组,没有入库的66名护士为对照组,分析、对比两组护士在人才库中和人才库外综合素质、护理质量、管理能力等方面培养效果的研究。结果:通过人才库的建立和其相应的竞争机制,观察组在护士在个人素质和护理管理综合能力等方面明显高于对照组。结论:护士人才库的建立对护士个人知识技能的提高和护理队伍的整体素质的提升有着直接的推动作用。
Objective This article discusses nursing talent management promotion effected by establishment of the nursing pool. Methods 132 nurses are extracted from 156 application pool from January 2009 to December 2011, and are divided into two groups. 66 nurses are enrolled in the excellent nursing pool and taken as observation group, and the other 66 ones, who are not enrolled, are taken as control group. Training effect is analysed and contrasted between the two groups regarding comprehensive quality, nursing quality, management ability. Results By the establishment of the nursing pool and corresponding competitive mechanism, nurses in observation group prevail obviously over those in control group with regard to personal qualities, comprehensive nursing management. Conclusions The establishment of the excellent nursing pool shows direct positive effect on the promotion of individual expertise and nursing staff quality.
